Roxanne Renee Mowrey, 50, of Bertram, Texas, passed away on May 17, 2026, in Marble Falls, Texas. Born on March 10, 1976, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Roxanne lived a life marked by creativity, kindness and deep devotion to her family and faith.
Roxanne earned a bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in Chemistry. She worked as a CAD Designer at CRI, where her creativity and talent shined through in all she did. She was a devoted member of Hill Country Fellowship and found great joy in her faith and church family. She loved traveling, treasured time with those she loved, raising her granddaughter Ashlynn and was known for her artistic spirit and creative heart.
She is survived by her mother Peggy, brother Bill, sisters Kathy Jo, Candy (husband Brent), Ginger (husband Sean), Kerry (husband Robert) and children, Mallory, Darrin and his fiancé, Magan, daughter Shae and son Dalton. She also leaves behind many extended family members and dear friends who will miss her deeply.
She is preceded in death by her two dads James Wilson and Roger Little and her beloved granddaughter, Ashlynn.
A visitation will be held at 9:00 am at Hill Country Fellowship in Burnet, TX on May 23, 2026, followed by celebration of lifeat 10:00 a.m. Graveside services will follow.

Roxanne will be remembered for her strength, determination, loving spirit, unwavering faith, creativity, and the joy she brought to everyone fortunate enough to know her.
