Ronald Gene “Ronny” Amidon, 74, passed away on August 19, 2023.

Ronny was born on August 11, 1949 to Rodney H. Amidon and Dorothy Bird Amidon. He married his wife of 38 years, Sharon Stockman and together they raised two children.

He is preceded in death by his son, Jason R. Amidon; grandson, Julian Amidon; parents, Dorothy Bird Amidon and Rodney H. Amidon; brother, Rodney L. “Winkey” Amidon.

Ronny is survived by his wife, Sharon Stockman; son, Lucas M. Amidon; daughter, Lauren L. Jackson and 14 grand and great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, Kenneth “Kenny” Amidon and his wife Rene, Randy Amidon and his wife Vickie; sisters, Judy Amidon Meredith and husband, David, and Donna Amidon Kelley as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
