Phyllis Faye Estes, 91, passed away on June 15, 2021.
A graveside service is planned for 2:30 p.m., at Rockwood Cemetery, Rockwood, Texas.
Phyllis was born on July 29, 1929 to Frank and Alma Hartmann on the family farm near Marengo, IA. She was a graduate of Santa Anna High School in Santa Anna, TX. She and her husband Robert later moved to McGregor, TX where they raised their daughter. She was a member of the Oaks West Church of Christ.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Estes; grandson, Robert Kersh; sisters, Rose Cooper, Ellen Blucher, and Joyce Hamby; brother, George Hartmann.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Elaine Kersh and her husband Lynden; granddaughter, Noelle Gonzales and her husband Ricky; great grandchildren, Ryan Gonzales and wife Caroline, Dustin Gonzales and wife Sara, Austin Gonzales, and Kaytlin Gonzales; great-great grandchildren, Diganor Gonzales and Emberly Gonzales; sisters, Jean Briles, Nita Price, Ann Gorsch, Amy Wilkey and husband Gordon, and Janice Baker and many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements under the care of Jenkins Funeral Home, Burnet, Texas.

Travel North out of Rockwood, turn right onto 234, the cemetery will be just ahead on the right.
