Patricia Joan Waley

Patricia Joan Waley, 76, passed away on June 20, 2023.

A graveside service is planned for 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 23, 2023, at Liberty Hill Cemetery, 16101 TX-29 Liberty Hill, TX 78642 with Harry Watson officiating.  Patricia’s family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 22, 2023 at Jenkins Funeral Home, Burnet, Texas.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be, Josh Underwood, Justin Henry, Jesse Henry, Garrett Henry, Cole Waley and Miles Waley.

Patricia was born on March 13, 1947 in Stamford, Texas to J. W. and Maggie Pauline Hicks.  She is a member of the Oatmeal Church of Christ.  Patricia enjoyed crafting, needlepoint, painting, gardening, drawing, and sewing.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors are her husband, Robert Waley; daughter, Shanna Henry Underwood and her husband Darrel Underwood; son, Rick Henry and his wife, Stacey Wells Henry; stepchildren, Warren Waley, Tim Waley, and Josh Waley; grandchildren, Josh Underwood, Justin Henry, Jesse Henry, Michelle Underwood, Garrett Henry, Miles Waley, and Cole Waley; and one great grandchild.  She is also survived by her brother, J. W. Hicks, Jr and his wife Mildred Hicks; nephew, Bradley Hicks and his wife Vickie Hicks; nephew, Marty Hicks and wife Candy Hicks.
