Mary Catherine Wiz

Mary  Catherine (Cathy) Wiz died unexpectedly August 7, 2022 at home with her sister and brother in law in Round Mountain, TX.  She was predeceased by her son Nicholas Alexander Wiz, her brother James Jacob Tatsch, her mother Rickie Tatsch and her father Belton Tatsch.  Cathy was born January 5, 1950 in Fredericksburg TX to her very loving parents Rickie and Belton Tatsch of Harper, TX.  Cathy graduated from Harper High School in 1968 and graduated from the University of Texas in 1972 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition.

Cathy lived in a variety of locations over her years such as Las Vegas, NV, Kapaa, HI and Belview WA to name a few.  Cathy stayed busy with her small business,  her interest in the environment/recycling, her pets and her daily crossword puzzle.

She is survived by her sister, Teresa Hicks and her brother in law, Larry Hicks and will be dearly missed.
