Mary Sue McMullin, 76, passed away on December 8, 2022.
Graveside services are planned for 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at Post Mountain Cemetery, Burnet, Texas.
Mary was born on January 19, 1946, to Jack Jones and Frances Spark in Three Rivers, Texas. She loved cooking, ceramics, quilting, and crocheting. Her happiest times were cooking for her family and friends. She loved family gatherings and holidays because that’s when she cooked all of her delicious meals and desserts. Her grandchildren filled her life with joy and happiness. Mary was a beautiful soul with a big heart.
She is proceeded in death by her husband, Melvin McMullin Sr; her father, Jack Jones; her mother, Frances Spark; sister, Wanda Crumbley; brother, Jack Jones Jr; and sister, Linda Cascaddan.
She is survived by children, Melvin McMullin Jr (Margie), Pamela Turner (Jeremy), and Vicki Crim (Joseph); grandchildren, Cassy McMullin, Melvin McMullin III, Michael Johnsted, Mandy Gillas, Jeffrey Penrod, Kari Slaydon, Benjamin Crim, Calista Crim, Josie Crim, Hanna Harrel, and Victoria Cox; brothers, Charles Jones, Ronny Jones, and Allen Jones; her best friend, Estelle Hubbard as well as Sharon Welhouse and Russel Lanfear.
