JANOMA P. RUEFFER, 91, was welcomed by the Lord into heaven on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. She was born January 17, 1933 in Haskell, TX to Ewing and Lona Linton.
Janoma was a farmer, rancher, gardener, and avid quilter all of her life. She loved the Lord, her family and friends, and her church fellowship. She was the final Rueffer member of the “Greatest” generation.
She is survived by her brother, Dalton Linton and wife Dale of Midland TX; her children, Glenn Rueffer and wife Caren of Mason TX, Rowena Guess and husband Danny of Burnet TX, Manena Rueffer and Robert Young of Bertram TX, Eddie Rueffer & wife Wanda of Princeton TX, Jeff Rueffer & wife Lisa of Roswell NM; her 10 grandchildren: Brandy Guess, Crystal Wilson, Tanna Burge, Weston Rueffer, Briton Rueffer, Kayla Rueffer, Tamijolynn Aulds, Kathi Aulds, Chase Rueffer, and Chance Rueffer; her 12 great-grandchildren: Ayden, Austin, Ava, Colt, Brianna, David, Amelia, Denver, Noah, Felicity, Serenity, and Riley.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Rueffer, parents, Ewing and Lona Linton, brother, Randell Linton, and sister Venita Linton.

A graveside service is planned for 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Shady Grove Cemetery, Burnet, Texas with Pastor Randy Crawford officiating.
