In retirement, Glenda enjoyed genealogy, traveling with family and friends, oil painting, and making quilts and professional quality porcelain dolls.
Glenda was preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Bobby James Martin, sons Robert Dale Edwards and Hunter Frank Bolt, parents Oscar and Ethel Overstreet, and sisters LaNelle Glass, and Ruby Evelyn and Theresa Ann Overstreet.
Glenda is survived by her daughters Lori Ann Henry and Glenda Jo Locke, son Martin (Trey) Bolt III, and grandchildren Hunter Scott Henry, Rebecca Brooke Bolt, Garrett Allan Locke, and Asa James Brown, and her constant companion dog, Sweetie.
Her family deeply appreciates Hospice Austin and Jenkins Funeral Home for their thoughtful and compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to some of Glenda’s favorite charities including the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Meals on Wheels, Smile Train, or a local food bank.
