Elva Archie Smith

Elva Archie Smith, 77, passed away on July 31, 2021.

A graveside service is planned for 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 20, 2021 at Post Mountain Cemetery, Burnet, Texas.

A Celebration of Life is planned for 2:30 p.m., on Friday, August 20, 2021 at 1015 Polk Dr. Granite Shoals, Texas.

Elva was the long-time owner of Smitty’s Radiator Shop.  He loved spending time with family, Barbecuing, motorcycles, old cars, and hotrods, and loved his sand dragger.  There was nothing that he could not build when he set his mind to it.  He was a man with many interests and talents.

Elva is preceded in death by his parents, Archie Alvin and Winnie Artie Smith and his son, Johnnie Alvin Smith.

 He is survived by his wife, Karen Joyce Smith; children, Elva Neil Smith and his wife Jamie Renee Smith of Aransas Pass, Texas, Steve Ray Smith and his wife Mindie Mae Smith of Granite Shoals, Texas, David Lee Rudd and Patricia Diane Smith (Rudd) of Kingsland, TX, and Jeffery Nail and Brandy Aschenbeck Parker of Kingsland, Texas as well as fourteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
