Eddie Hernandez

Eddie Hernandez, 37, passed away on May 15, 2022.

A visitation is planned from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Jenkins Funeral Home, in Burnet, TX.

Eddie was born on January 25, 1985 to Corina Hernandez in San Angelo, Texas.  He attended and graduated from Pettus High School and attended college at Howard Payne University.  Eddie worked in construction, but also loved fishing, camping and being with friends and family cooking out.  He loved life and being the life of the party.  Eddie was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Mary Rios and Antonio Hernandez.

Eddie is survived by is mother, Corina Hernandez of Bryan, Texas; second parents, Brian and Nancy Simon of Levelland, TX; daughters, Kylie Reyes and Seriniti Hernandez; sons, Vicente and Tristen Hernandez all of Burnet, TX; siblings, Julio Torres and wife, Jennifer, Chris Torres and wife, Priscilla, Carmen Mejia and husband, Pablo of Lampasas; half sister, Anita Yanez Orozco of Wichita Falls, TX; best friend and brother from another mother, Mark Tolbert.   He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles and many nieces, nephews as well as more friends than he ever realized.
