Doris Mozell Alcorn

Doris Mozell Alcorn, 87, was born on March 21, 1935 and passed away on May 28, 2022.

A Graveside Service is planned for 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 3, 2022 at Burnet City Cemetery, Burnet, Texas with Mr. Tim  Denton officiating.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday evening at Jenkins Funeral Home, 109 N. Main Burnet, Texas.

She was proceed in death by husband: James Alcorn,  daughter: Brenda Barna,  son: Ronald Alcorn,  parents,  brothers & sister.

Survivors include her four sister-in-laws, Lillie Fay Hopkins, Fay Vanlandingham, Ruth Flynn, and Ann Neith;  Daughter, Carlene Wheeler and husband, Doyce,; son, Kenny Alcorn; three granddaughters, Ranee Knox and husband Lee, Trisha Gorton and husband Daniel, and Shelly Thomas; two grandsons, Justin Thomas and wife Soomin, and Jeremy Thomas; seven great grandkids, Kaylee Knox, Charles Gorton, Daniel Gorton, Leah Gorton, Jade Thomas, Claire Thomas, and Max Thomas; several nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers, Charles Hopkins, Glen Hopkins, Gary Don Hopkins, Jerry Hopkins, Glendon Barrow, Jimmy Hibler, Alan Hopkins, Ricky Hopkins, Danny Guess, Dewayne Guess, and Don Howington.
