Donald "Oilcan" Gene Bailey

Donald "OilCan" Gene Bailey, 75, passed away on May 2, 2023.

A graveside service is planned for 11:00 a.m., June 3, 2023, at Paoli City Cemetery, Paoli, OK.

Oilcan was a beloved Brother, Son, Uncle, and Friend.  He was born on January 13, 1948, in Paul’s Valley, Oklahoma to Odis and Winnie Bailey.  He passed away on May 2, 2023, in Burnet, Texas.

Oilcan enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his 4-wheeler and just sitting outside and visiting with his lifelong friends and family.  He proudly served his country and had an Honorable Discharge from the United States Air Force.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Johnny, Garland, Joe, and Bobby as well as his sister, Mary Ann.

Donald is survived by his sisters; Eileen Lambright, Deloris Mantooth and her husband John; his treasured nieces and nephews, Darrell Ward and many lifelong friends.

In lieu of flowers the family would request any donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
