Donald Wayne Smith

Donald Wayne Smith passed away Feb. 5, 2023, at his home in Lampasas, Tx. He was born Aug 17, 1964. He is survived by his loving son Donald Wayne Smith II, stepsons Joseph Brabandt of MI and Shawn Brabandt of TX. Sisters Vickie Seiley of Burnet, Tx. Crystle Smith of Copperas Cove, Tx. Brothers Don Stanley, Allen, Tx. Rick Smith of Little Elm, Tx and other half-brothers and sister. Nieces Debra Seiley Herrera of Odem, TX. Jennifer Marx Martinez of Kingsland, Tx. Krista Noah Miller of Brownwood, Tx. Nephew Micheal Seiley of VA. And Numerous great nieces and nephew. He was proceeded in death by his parents Don and Sue Smith of Buchanan Dam, brother Don "Skeeter" Smith and sister Silvia Smith Noah. 

Donnie graduated Burnet High school. He worked at Granite Mt., Capitol Marble, Sunshine Landscaping, Sure Cast and other places doing Carpentry, ranching along with numerous other jobs becoming a Jack of all trades. He loved being outdoors hunting, fishing, swimming and camping. He enjoyed all sports and was an avid NASCAR and Dallas Cowboy fan. He made everyone laugh with his great sense of humor and shenanigans. He will always be known as simple and hardworking and missed by many.
