God called Dennis Andrew Yanchak home on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at the age of 63. He was born September 9, 1958 to Conrad and Victoria Yanchak. Dennis was a loving husband of 40 years to June and a devoted father to his Son, Nathan.
With a Heart Bigger than Texas, Dennis was always there to help. He never met a stranger and had a huge, extended family of friends that he loved very much. He was the pied piper of children and animals. He loved them all and they loved him.
Dennis was renowned for his Barbeque Talents and won many Barbecue Cookoffs. An Excellent Marksman, avid Hunter and Fisherman, Dennis lived for the outdoors.
He was a Proud Marine. Dennis was Honored to be a Sergeant in the Former Texas Rangers Foundation.
A Journeyman Electrician by trade, he later became a Master Leatherworker. Dennis loved his business, Creations by DJ, and his many customer/friends. He created incredible works of art from leather, cowhide and antlers.
Dennis was preceded in death by his Sister, Shirley Yanchak, Brother, Thomas Yanchak and Parents, Conrad and Victoria Yanchak.
Dennis is survived by his Wife, June Yanchak, Son, Nathan Yanchak; Brother Will Yanchak and Sister-in-Law Rose Yanchak; Brother-in-Law Jim Machacek. Beloved Niece Vicky Rooney and Husband Todd Rooney. Great Nieces Ashley and Allison (Giggles) Rooney. Very Special Friends Brad Esch, Mark Fox, Hayden Malm , John Jones, John Garner and Dennis’ Fredericksburg Trade Days Family.
