Colleen Gail Watson, 71, passed away on March 22, 2022.
Funeral Services are planned for 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 25, 2022 at Jenkins Funeral Home, 109 N. Main St. Burnet with burial to follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday evening at the funeral home.
Colleen was born in Dallas, Texas on July 6, 1950 to Jim and Lucille Sullivan. Colleen didn’t share the dream of stardom, her dream was to get married and have children. She was more than happy to be the central figure in the lives of her children. Anyone who knew them, knew that she was a star in their eyes, and that’s all that ever mattered to her.
Colleen loved hard, especially her husband, children and grandchildren. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bertram. Colleen loved reading, and games, but most of all competing in Archery with her granddaughter.
Colleen is preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Lucille Wisenant Sullivan.
Survivors are her husband of 46 years, Wilton L. Watson; children, Rebecca Hernandez and her husband Jody, Bryan Watson and his wife Tonya, and Theresa Klosterhoff and her husband Brian; grandchildren, Kaidie Moreno and her husband Nathaniel, Holden Hernandez, Michael Klosterhoff, Brayden Klosterhoff, Kolby Watson and his girlfriend, Faith Kimbler, Brinley Klosterhoff, Aspen Nelson.
