Barbara Lynn Marx

Barbara Lynn Marx, 82, passed away on July 7, 2025.

Barbara was born in Killeen, Texas on October 2, 1942 to Homer and Anna Kattner.  She attended school in Round Tock, Texas.  Soon after, she married Gerald Marx and together they had 3 children.

She and Gerald were long-time members of the Chaple of the Hills Church in Buchanan Dam, Texas where she spent much of her life volunteering and serving her church family and the community.  She loved oil painting, crocheting, and helping other people.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Dena Lynn Marx.

Barbara is survived by her husband of 67 years, Gerald Marx; daughter, Deann Marx; son, Scott Marx and granddaughter, Ashton Marx.

She is well loved by many and will be missed dearly.
