Alton R. Box

Alton R. Box, 74, passed away on February 25, 2020.

Graveside services are planned for 1:00 p.m., Thursday, February 27 at Mt. Zion cemetery, Bertram, Texas.

Alton was born on June 2, 1945 at Mt. Blanc, Texas to Alton and Lois Box.  On April 18, 1964 he married the love of his life, Betty Box and together they raised two children, Alicia and Russell.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Alton C. and Lois Box; brother, Glen Box.

Alton is survived by his wife of 55 years, Betty Box; daughter, Alicia Turner and husband Dale; son, Russell Box; grandchildren, Monica Fiero and husband Steven, Doug Turner, Michael Franklin, Devin Box and wife Ziedy, Cheyanne Box and boyfriend Nolan; four great grandchildren, Anabeth Box, Elijah Box,  Sophia Fiero, and Logan Fiero.
