Allan Ray Champlin of Bertram, Texas, passed away to be with Jesus on September 7, 2020 after a long illness.
A graveside service is to be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 11, 2020 at Mt. Moriah Cemetery, Briggs, TX. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday evening at Jenkins Funeral Home, 109 N. Main St, Burnet, Texas
Allan (AKA Bubba) was predeceased by his parents, Lawrence and Rachel Champlin and sister, Sharon Kirkham.
Allan is survived by his wife Martha Ann Pogue; children, Clinton Ray Champlin and wife Jessica, and Traci Lynn Champlin; grandchildren, Dustin Allan Barnett, Blaine Aubrey-Scott Champlin, Bodey Allan Champlin, Katie Lynn Barnett, and Paislee Hirneisen; siblings, Eugene (Pete) Champlin, Kathy Massey. Lee Roy Champlin, Brenda McCarver, Joy Sue Champlin, and Joe Phillip Champlin; uncle, Benny Wiley and his wife Billie; sister in law, Peggy Gilbreath and her husband Roy; brother-in-law, James Pogue and his wife Renee as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
