Kenneth Kermit Herring

Kenneth Kermit Herring, 71, passed away at his home on December 25, 2019.

A graveside service is planned for 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 30 at Mahomet Cemetery, Bertram, Texas.

He was born on December 11, 1948 to Kermit W. Herring and Jacqueline (Blackburn) Herring.  

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister,  Joan (Herring) Eaton and husband Arvis Eaton. 

He is survived by his wife of 49 years Shannon (Clark) Herring.  His children Kevin Herring and wife Mary Alice.  Daughter Diana and husband Richard Holifield. Six grandchildren Cody, Callie,Justin, Chelsey, Holden and Hayden and three great grand children.  Sister Leana (Herring) Futrell  and husband Troy and a large extended family and many friends.  Kenneth loved them all and always told them what they could do better.
